I serve as the media spokesperson for Christian Science in Ontario, and the Legislative Liaison for Canada.
I keep in touch with news editors and reporters on various issues relating to Christian Science and health-care.
My media work entails keeping abreast of news that reports on local and global thought changes towards health care. I see a trend towards treating the ‘whole person’ – body and mind. My legislative work on both the provincial and federal level involves the legal accommodation of the practice of Christian Science, especially as it relates to health care.

I feel that the spiritual values engendered in people by religious practice are of bedrock importance to the health of society. And whether or not people identify themselves as “religious,” our collective sense of core values maintains honesty and ethics both in government and in the media.
